I joined KraftCPAs PLLC in Nashville, TN in March of 2025. Since then, I have been the recruiter for all internships and entry-level roles. I have also been in charge of our summer leadership program, LEAD. Within my first few months with Kraft, I filled over 25 positions for the company and have been able to work with people in every department, at every job level, and people from various universities.

LEAD was a special project for me, as I was able to start by phone screening students, and eventually get 39 students to our office in Nashville for a two-day leadership program. I planned hotel arrangements, a putt-putt networking activity the night before, an entire day of education about public accounting, who Kraft is, and the different opportunities within accounting. Students were able to interview for internship positions at the end of the day, and we filled 17 internship spots and 2 full-time positions through the students that attended. I love event planning, so the details were my favorite part, down to ordering the food, ordering swag, making gift bags, and most importantly, getting to know the students.

KraftCPAs has been a tremendous place to learn and start my career, and is the perfect building block for any early-career talent. I've learned about internal HR practices, talent acquisition, onboarding, and recruiting so quickly. I love what I do and the opportunities I've been provided through this job.
