The first year in the MBA program was a challenging one for me, as we had classes in managerial accounting, marketing, operations management, economics, finance, business statistics and leadership and ethics.​ There were many days and nights throughout the first semester where I felt like I wouldn't be able to finish the semester, much less the two-year program as a whole. However, I persevered and came out victorious and energized to continue on my academic journey.

As I went into my second year and finished out my degree, I became so thankful for the opportunities and network I created within the Manderson School of Business. I made friends and connections that go beyond the classroom and participated in some projects and presentations that gave me the confidence and skills to be an asset to any company. I am so thankful I went back to pursue a master's degree and finish out my time at The Capstone.

 

I completed my MBA in strategic marketing and management in May of 2025.
